Athlete Sports Performance Semi-Private Personal Training

This package is perfect if you need or want more individualized attention. I this class the training program is designed just for you and your specific needs and goals. You will train alongside other clients who are all being coached through their own individualized program. This may be a blend of both athletes and adult general fitness clients. Your program will still include a blend of a blend of strength, power, speed, muscle building, conditioning, core work, and mobility/corrective exercises as long as they fit your needs and goals. Each class will have up to 6 clients per coach.

Athlete Sports Performance Group Class

This class is perfect if you want to train with your peers and enjoy the energy of a highly motivated group of high school athletes all trying to be Better Than Yesterday. Athletes will be coached through the workout of the day and our coaches will adjust the exercises as needed for different athletes. This class offers a blend of strength, power, speed, muscle building, conditioning, core work, and mobility/corrective exercises. Each class will have up to 8 athletes per class.
