Fitness and Strength Training
Our skilled coaches will use your training assessment to design an individualized training program based around your needs and goals. Each training session will be guided by a coach alongside of other clients who are simultaneously being coached through their own personalized workout. Our semi-private training format combines the individualization of personal training with the motivating energy of group training.

Fitness Training
This is our most popular training package. It includes 2 coached semi-private training sessions per week, exercises you can work on at home, access to discounted nutrition counseling, support and accountability in reaching your goals.
12 Month Semi-Private
Fitness Training
If you’re ready to commit to a big lifestyle change, this is the package for you. It includes 2 coached semi-private training sessions per week, exercises you can work on at home, access to discounted nutrition counseling, support and accountability in reaching your goals. As a bonus, you get rewarded for your longer commitment with a discounted monthly rate.
Elite Performance Package
Are you ready to take your performance to the next level. If you are serious about maximizing your potential and getting the most out of your training, this package combines our BTY service offerings specifically to enhance sports performance. If you are a high school athlete getting ready for college or a college athlete trying to go pro, this is the perfect package for you!
This package includes:
5 coached sessions per week (fitness, sports skills, or both)
1 sports massage per month
Nutrition Plan with ongoing nutrition counseling
Mental Game Skills Session with ongoing mental tips
Recovery tips to make sure you are staying heathy and getting the most out of your workouts
