The secret to meeting your goals is balancing these different healthy behaviors. Optimal health and performance isn’t about doing any one of these things perfectly, but rather about doing all of them a little bit better.

The URE 21 Day Challenge will kick off Tuesday January 15th with an educational presentation at 7:30am and 8am in the URE. The actual challenge will begin Wednesday January 16th.

The Challenge includes daily email tips, accountability and support, and 15% off any of our service offerings purchased during the 21 days. Points will be reported daily based on how many of the healthy behaviors are completed each day. The winner of the challenge will receive a $50 BTY gift card!
