Our May Gym Challenge is to participate in daily mindful movement. Most of us spend far too much time sitting, which leads to a more sedentary lifestyle.
Our bodies expect to move frequently and through a variety of movements and intensities. When we don’t give our bodies what they need, they let us know about it through joint pain, weight gain, fatigue, brain fog, or chronic disease.
Every day in the month of May challenge yourself to add more intentional movement into your day. This can be a morning mobility session, core work, strength training, going for a hike, going for a walk, going for a bike ride, etc. You don’t have to do an intense workout every day, but you will be amazed how much better you feel incorporating more movement into your!
