Saturday Sweat

Saturday Sweat is a group class that is designed to get your heart rate up and your muscles pumping. We incorporate different flavors of our unique BTY style. You will get to play with some of our fun tools like kettlebells, battle ropes, sleds, med balls, sandbags, as well as body weight exercises. It is a fun mixture of new exercises you may have never experienced before and some old classics that you already have a love and/or hate relationship with. The group atmosphere provides a good energy, a chance to meet some new like-minded friends, and a fun experience to share with old friends.

As with all of our workouts, Saturday Sweat is focused on giving you the good workout you need without the joint aches and pains you don't. We will scale the moves to meet your needs and accommodate a variety of fitness levels. This class is open to members and non-members alike and is a great opportunity to get a feel for our style if you're not quite ready to commit to a membership!

Initial Movement Assessment and Goal Setting Session

Every good plan needs a clear starting point and a clear destination. That is what our initial assessment and goal setting session is for. We establish specifically where you want to go and assess what areas you can get the most improvement from now. Based on your individual goals and needs, we design an individualized plan to help you meet your goals as quickly and specifically as possible. The assessment includes basic health and injury history, a movement screen, applicable athletic performance tests, a lifestyle questionnaire, and a nutrition assessment. Schedule your initial assessment and goal setting session today and start down the focused path to optimal health and performance!

The assessment fee rolls into your first month of membership when you sign up for a 3-month or 12-month package!

Nutrition Counseling 

Proper nutrition is essential for optimal health and performance. The goal of our nutrition counseling is to refine your eating and lifestyle habits to accelerate your progress, whether your goal is to excel at your sport, relieve your back pain, or lose inches in your waist. 

This service includes: 

  • A 1 hour session where we assess your current eating habits, establish your goals, and troubleshoot where your current habits and your desired goals don't align

  • A personalized meal plan

  • Convenient recipes

  • Stress and sleep recommendations

  • Continued email and text communication

  • 2 follow up sessions to fine-tune and revise the plan
